Dear IKON Homeowners We hope this email finds you well. As a reminder, the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Rules and Regulations are in place to maintain the aesthetic appeal, uniformity, and overall value of our community. These guidelines ensure that our neighborhood remains a desirable and well-kept place for all residents. To uphold these standards, the HOA will be conducting regular property walks to identify any compliance issues. When necessary, we will be sending out warnings for corrective action to address any violations. Our goal is not to be punitive but to preserve the integrity and appearance of our community in a fair and transparent manner. For your reference, the CC&R’s and Rules can be found online at www.ikonhayfieldcondos.org.  They can be found in the documents folders.  We encourage all homeowners to review these guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid any potential violations. Additionally, please note that all homeowners are responsible for relaying this information to their tenants. It is essential that all residents, whether owners or renters, are aware of and adhere to these rules. Furthermore, we would like to remind everyone that home rentals must have a minimum duration of three months. Short-term rentals of less than three months are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to keeping our neighborhood a great place to live.
