Pet Waste at IKON Hayfield

Attention Residents and Homeowners at IKON Hayfield, We are seeing more and more examples of pet owners not picking up after their pets while out and about.  Do not leave a mess behind while walking your pet.   There are even times when the mess is picked up into a bag but then the bag is simply left on the ground (see attached document).  This is also not acceptable. All trash Must be placed into a receptacle.   Reminder - All pets MUST be on a leash when outside of your unit.   Thank you for your immediate compliance and on going cooperation to keep the community looking nice.

Dear Owners and Residents, We hope this message finds you well. As a reminder, all residents of IKON Hayfield are assigned a specific covered parking space. Parking in a space that is not assigned to you—even for a short time—creates inconvenience and frustration for fellow residents. More importantly, unauthorized parking in another resident's designated spot is a violation of the community rules and may result in the towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.  Please take a moment to ensure that you, your household members, and your guests are aware of your assigned space and that you are parking accordingly. Ikon Hayfield - Important Message to All Residents

Dear Homeowners, We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to let all residents know that there has been an increase in incidents involving dogs being off leash within our neighborhood. While we understand that many of us enjoy walking our pets and allowing them to enjoy the outdoors, it is essential that all pets be always kept on a leash when outside of your home or enclosed yard.As outlined in the Ikon Hayfield HOA CC&Rs, and in accordance with applicable City laws, all dogs and other pets must be kept on a leash when in any common area or on public property within the community. This rule is in place for the safety and comfort of all residents, pets, and visitors. Allowing pets to roam off-leash poses risks such as:·Potential injury to the pet or others·Unwanted interactions with other pets or people·Damage to property or landscaping Please be a responsible pet owner and help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Continued violations may be subject to enforcement actions as permitted by our governing documents. Ikon Hayfield Homeowners, The Ikon Hayfield Board of Directors will be holding an Executive Meeting on May 14th at 10:00am and is not open to the homeowners.    Per the Arizona Condominium Act, A.R.S. 33-1248 (A-4) The board will be meeting in an executive meeting that is not open to the homeowners.  Section 4 reads below... Per the Arizona Condominium Act, ARS 33-1248 (A) (1)1. Legal advice from an attorney for the board or the association. On final resolution of any matter for which the board received legal advice or that concerned pending or contemplated litigation, the board may disclose information about that matter in an open meeting except for matters that are required to remain confidential by the terms of a settlement agreement or judgment.

Important Community Guidelines & Reminders

Dear IKON Homeowners We hope this email finds you well. As a reminder, the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Rules and Regulations are in place to maintain the aesthetic appeal, uniformity, and overall value of our community. These guidelines ensure that our neighborhood remains a desirable and well-kept place for all residents. To uphold these standards, the HOA will be conducting regular property walks to identify any compliance issues. When necessary, we will be sending out warnings for corrective action to address any violations. Our goal is not to be punitive but to preserve the integrity and appearance of our community in a fair and transparent manner. For your reference, the CC&R’s and Rules can be found online at www.ikonhayfieldcondos.org.  They can be found in the documents folders.  We encourage all homeowners to review these guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid any potential violations. Additionally, please note that all homeowners are responsible for relaying this information to their tenants. It is essential that all residents, whether owners or renters, are aware of and adhere to these rules. Furthermore, we would like to remind everyone that home rentals must have a minimum duration of three months. Short-term rentals of less than three months are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to keeping our neighborhood a great place to live. Regular maintenance not only helps to prevent costly repairs but also enhances the safety and well-being of everyone in our community. We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to complete the following annual maintenance tasks: * Dryer Vent Cleaning: Prevents fire hazards and improves dryer efficiency. * Fireplace Inspection & Cleaning: Ensures safe operation and prevents chimney fires. * AC Unit Servicing: Keeps your system running efficiently and extends its lifespan. * Smoke Detector Checks: Ensures proper function in case of an emergency; batteries should be replaced as needed. * Rental Registration Updates: If you rent out your unit, please ensure that your rental registration is up to date with the HOA management, as well as the appropriate City and County departments.   Keeping up with these essential tasks helps maintain the safety, value, and overall condition of our community.
