The Winter Grass process is in full swing at IKON @ Hayfield. The winter seed was laid and distributed throughout all of the grassy areas within the community. The landscaper has let us know that the sprinkler system will be watering off and on all day until the grass seed is germinated.
Please do your best to stay off the turf areas until the grass seed has fully germinated. This normally takes between 14-21 days.
