We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to let all residents know that there has been an increase in incidents involving dogs being off leash within our neighborhood. While we understand that many of us enjoy walking our pets and allowing them to enjoy the outdoors, it is essential that all pets be always kept on a leash when outside of your home or enclosed yard.
As outlined in the Ikon Hayfield HOA CC&Rs, and in accordance with applicable City laws, all dogs and other pets must be kept on a leash when in any common area or on public property within the community. This rule is in place for the safety and comfort of all residents, pets, and visitors.
Allowing pets to roam off-leash poses risks such as:
·Potential injury to the pet or others
·Unwanted interactions with other pets or people
·Damage to property or landscaping
Please be a responsible pet owner and help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Continued violations may be subject to enforcement actions as permitted by our governing documents.
