IKON Homeowners, The water will be turned off at 12:25 pm for the plumbing line to be repaired.  We anticipate the work to take a couple of hours.  We will keep you posted as we receive updates from the plumbing company.

IKON Homeowners, There is a Main Line Water Leak in between building 8 and the pool.  The repair for the leak will require the main water line to be shut off.   This repair will take place Monday, July 15th.  Please plan accordingly.   As specific times and length of repair is made available to me, I will share that information with the community.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IKON @ HAYFIELD Homeowners and Residents: The HOA Board has hired a tree trimming company to clean up and trim the trees throughout the community.  That tree trimming is scheduled to begin at 7:30am on Monday, March 18, 2024.   They estimate that it will take about 5 days to complete the work.

Dear IKON homeowners, The pool will be reopening tomorrow morning.  The repairs were much more extensive than we originally thought they would be.  The repairs have been made and we have been cleared to reopen.  Thank you for your patience as we worked to make the pool area clean and safe once again.  The board and the community are very grateful to those that reported the issue so quickly after it happened.  It takes everyone working together to keep the community looking great. For your information, we are looking through the security footage and badge access reports of the day to pinpoint the responsible parties for this vandalism and destruction.  Once the parties involved have been identified, we will be pursuing legal action to hold them accountable for their behavior.

The Winter Grass process is in full swing at IKON @ Hayfield.  The winter seed was laid and distributed throughout all of the grassy areas within the community.  The landscaper has let us know that the sprinkler system will be watering off and on all day until the grass seed is germinated. Please do your best to stay off the turf areas until the grass seed has fully germinated.  This normally takes between 14-21 days. Thank you
