The IKON Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 14th.  Several of the Board Members will be meeting at 4:30pm to Walk the community to discuss the Landscaping and any Noticable Violations.  

IKON Homeowners. Please mark your calendars for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members.  This meeting will be held on December 18, 2024.  The meeting will be held in a hybrid fashion. Those that can attend in person will be meeting in the Club House while the online meeting will be connected through a zoom link to be sent out at a later date. The nomination form and link to submit your name in order to be on the Board of Directors will be sent out later today.

IKON Homeowners, The water will be turned off at 12:25 pm for the plumbing line to be repaired.  We anticipate the work to take a couple of hours.  We will keep you posted as we receive updates from the plumbing company.

IKON Homeowners, There is a Main Line Water Leak in between building 8 and the pool.  The repair for the leak will require the main water line to be shut off.   This repair will take place Monday, July 15th.  Please plan accordingly.   As specific times and length of repair is made available to me, I will share that information with the community.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IKON @ HAYFIELD Homeowners and Residents: The HOA Board has hired a tree trimming company to clean up and trim the trees throughout the community.  That tree trimming is scheduled to begin at 7:30am on Monday, March 18, 2024.   They estimate that it will take about 5 days to complete the work.

Dear IKON homeowners, The pool will be reopening tomorrow morning.  The repairs were much more extensive than we originally thought they would be.  The repairs have been made and we have been cleared to reopen.  Thank you for your patience as we worked to make the pool area clean and safe once again.  The board and the community are very grateful to those that reported the issue so quickly after it happened.  It takes everyone working together to keep the community looking great. For your information, we are looking through the security footage and badge access reports of the day to pinpoint the responsible parties for this vandalism and destruction.  Once the parties involved have been identified, we will be pursuing legal action to hold them accountable for their behavior.
