IKON Homeowners,   The IKON at Hayfield Board of Directors will be holding an Executive Meeting on February 18th at 9:30am and is not open to the homeowners.      Per the Arizona Condominium Act, A.R.S. 33-1248 (A-4) The board will be meeting in an executive meeting that is not open to the homeowners.  Section 4 reads below...   Per the Arizona Condominium Act, A.R.S. 33-1248 (A-4) 4. Matters relating to the job performance of, compensation of, health records of or specific complaints against an individual employee of the association or an individual employee of a contractor of the association who works under the direction of the association.

Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.    

IKON Homeowners We have received several questions about the new Dues for the IKON Community and how to make the new payment.   The amount is your responsibility to update your bank payment system and to make sure the correct amount is being paid.   Attached is the same documents that you received with your Dues Increasing Notification.  This document will provide some help and clarity on the sites and resources here at Heywood to make sure you are submitting your payment correctly.

The IKON Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday November 14th.  Several of the Board Members will be meeting at 4:30pm to Walk the community to discuss the Landscaping and any Noticable Violations.  

IKON Homeowners. Please mark your calendars for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members.  This meeting will be held on December 18, 2024.  The meeting will be held in a hybrid fashion. Those that can attend in person will be meeting in the Club House while the online meeting will be connected through a zoom link to be sent out at a later date. The nomination form and link to submit your name in order to be on the Board of Directors will be sent out later today.

IKON Homeowners, The water will be turned off at 12:25 pm for the plumbing line to be repaired.  We anticipate the work to take a couple of hours.  We will keep you posted as we receive updates from the plumbing company.

IKON Homeowners, There is a Main Line Water Leak in between building 8 and the pool.  The repair for the leak will require the main water line to be shut off.   This repair will take place Monday, July 15th.  Please plan accordingly.   As specific times and length of repair is made available to me, I will share that information with the community.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.
