IKON Homeowners. Please mark your calendars for the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Members.  This meeting will be held on December 12, 2023, at 5:30pm.  The meeting will be held in a  hybrid fashion. Those that can attend in person will be meeting in the Club House while the online meeting will be connected through a zoom link to be sent out at a later date. The nomination form and link to submit your name in order to be on the Board of Directors will be sent out later today.

The Winter Grass process is in full swing at IKON @ Hayfield.  The winter seed was laid and distributed throughout all of the grassy areas within the community.  The landscaper has let us know that the sprinkler system will be watering off and on all day until the grass seed is germinated. Please do your best to stay off the turf areas until the grass seed has fully germinated.  This normally takes between 14-21 days. Thank you
